Ironman Canada 2010 Race Summary

I won the cycling analysis clinic at the November meeting which was great since I'm a relatively new biker and haven't had any formal instruction or training.

The majority of the session was spent fitting the bike to me. Marc had the bike hooked up to calculate cadence and power as he made small changes to the bike. He also set up the videotape in order to capture me biking before any changes were made.

Well actually to back up, the very first thing he did was change my cleats.
