Beginning  Monday, November 1 and running every Monday through January 3, 2011, this excellent 10-week off-season core clinic is being led by our wonderful NTTS Coach Brandon, with exercise facilities generously donated by our sponsor Peak Physical Therapy! 

The one-hour clinic will focus on:
● Abdominal strength
● Lower and upper back strength
● Flexibility
● Joint mobility

The clinic will be held Monday evenings from 6pm - 7pm at Peak Physical Therapy - 10580 S. De Anza Blvd., Cupertino, CA - behind
Aqui Restaurant.  The class will follow a week-to-week format to accommodate the greatest number of members.  Please call the Peak studio (408.366.1735) in order to RSVP before each class.

Again, this clinic is FREE to all SVTC members, but space is limited (estimated 25).  Please RSVP and bring your membership cards to each workout.  If you have not picked up your membership card from Larry, you can print it out from the SVTC website.  If you aren't a member, or your membership will be expiring, take advantage of our early bird membership rates and sign-up already!
