This is going to be a fun meeting. Our guest speaker is Eric Gilsenan, longtime triathlete, coach, event coordinator and race announcer.  A true specialist in the Escape from Alcatraz race. Also a short talk by Penni Bengtson of Finishline Productions and one of our sponsors, Powerbar, will also be there to give their thoughts on training nutrition.

It's the last official meeting of the year.  The next three months we will be having the December Kona Pizza Party, January Holiday Party and February Open House in place of our regular Sports Basement meetings.
