Welcome to the Silicon Valley Triathlon Club
|
Help us test the NEW AND IMPROVED website!
We've been working hard on a new and improved website for SVTC. Unfortunately, it's taking longer than
expected (ok...by a lot). In any case, it's ready for testing, and it has an updated event calendar!.
So, head on over to http://wwwnew.svtriclub.org and take a look around.
One thing though...you cannot register on the new site. If you're a new member or need to renew your membership,
please use the membership page at the top of this page.

"The Silicon Valley Triathlon Club serves multi-sport athletes of all ages and abilities. Our goals are
to provide education and training activities, coached programs and seminars, and to stimulate a team atmosphere
in a supportive and social environment."
The Silicon Valley Triathlon Club (SVTC) is the South Bay's premier multi-sport club. The Silicon Valley Triathlon Club is a great place for triathletes to meet other triathletes, find training partners and join in social gatherings. We have multiple weekly workouts to choose from, informal socials and terrific discounts from great sponsors.
SVTC Wins the 2008
USAT Triathlon Southwest Regional Club Championship

SVTC beat out all other triathlon clubs at this year's Sentinel Triathlon in Santa Cruz to win USAT's Southwest
Regional Club Championship. It was not just a few fast triathletes, but a group of 50 club members participating in
this race. The championship includes a first prize check of $1000 to the winning club. Next year let's get 100
members doing this race!

Join our Yahoo! Groups Distribution List, and receive weekly information on SVTC activities. There are also the SVTC discussion forums. These forums were created to give members a way to communicate, while keeping the e-mail traffic limited to club specific topics.

The SVTC FAQ page has been updated with more questions and answers people might have
about the club. If you think of other questions you would like to see added please let us know.

The Silicon Valley Triathlon Club was founded in September 1998 and has grown to be the largest triathlon club in Northern California. We have put together a timeline of our club history as how it came to be and where it has gone since then.
|
|
 |
|
Starting in September you can join SVTC for the remainder of the year at a
reduced end of season rate. While the triathlon season winds down in the fall it is still a good
time to start a lower key, informal training program, maybe do a 10K run or just get in a little
exercise. It's never too late to join a great club with great programs and a great group of people.
We can process your new or renewal membership requests online and convenient payments can be made using our PayPal service.
