, MPT, CSCS, a physical therapist and USA Triathlon certified coach from Revolutions in Fitness, at our monthly club meeting at Sports Basement Sunnyvale as she discusses Swim Analysis. Learn about efficient swimming techniques and form. Pool exercises you can do in the pool along with dry land exercises to improve performance and comfort.
