Structured SVTC training program with support from fellow team members and real-life feedback from experienced, certified triathlon coach Jamii North.
12-week program caters for all levels whether training for a Sprint, Olympic, or 70.3 distance race.
Program timing targets Wildflower Long Course and Olympic for the first round and 70.3 Santa Cruz for the second round, but you don’t need to be training for these races. We will also incorporate planning for local sprint and Olympic distance races.
Training plans based on volume (6, 9, or 12 hours/week).
Program integrates with Training Peaks.
Coordinated with the club’s swim, bike and run workouts, and custom strength training workouts are included with the plan.
Access to the coach via Sunday evening Zoom sessions.
Review upcoming workouts and answer training and racing questions.
Coach will answer additional limited training plan questions via Slack
Price $120 for the initial 12-week program.

Please be able to swim at least 25 yards (1 length) nonstop. This workout is in the deep end (7+ feet depth)!

This ride is challenging and not recommended for beginners. We go up to Foothill Park through the Los Altos Hills, route is about 20mi and 2,000ft of climbing. Bring front and back lights for safety around sunset, and please obey all traffic laws. Optional brick run just after.
Moderate pace, no-drop ride from Lucky‘s; meet 9:00am roll 9:17am after B ride rolls.
