Weekly swim workout with Coach Alex & Coach Jonathan. Please register! And contact the coach if this is your first swim with SVTC. The workout is usually around 2500 yards, but will be adjusted for your skill level.
Required equipment: swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap
Optional recommended equipment: pull buoy, paddles, fins
Please be able to swim at least 25 yards (1 length) nonstop. This workout is in the deep end (7+ feet depth)!
Fremont High School has a separate parking lot for the pool. Please only park in the pool parking area (not staff parking) and ask the front desk for a parking permit. Use this address to find that lot: 1283 Sunnyvale Saratoga Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94087
There are locker rooms with showers available at FHS! Please be courteous to the other pool users and limit your showers and locker room time to 7:00am.
30-minute ab workout member-led by Kat
The swim will happen, year round, unless there are adverse conditions. A message will be posted every Thursday or Friday with the latest info.
We will be focusing on cornering, slow speed drills, water bottle games, and climbing and descending short steep hills.
Back again for 2024, our special multi-brick workout (bike-run-bike-run-etc.) at Edgewood Rd & Canada Rd.
