Back again for the 2019 season, it’s BRICK MADNESS #1, a multi-brick workout (bike-run-bike-run-etc.) hosted by Patrick and Rick. Nothing beats a multi-brick workout for triathlon training and race preparation.
Sunday March 24. This is a MEMBER-LED WORKOUT, not an official club activity, at your own risk. Cross-listed with Peninsula Tri-ers Meetup group.

We will meet 9:00AM, roll 9:15AM. (Note: from 8-8:45 for those interested there is a NTTS T2 Transition Clinic + Brick Madness - 3/24/2019) Same starting point as our past madnesses, Canada & Edgewood. It’s early in the season so the bike leg will be a shorter 7.5-mile ride. The run leg will again be 1.5 miles, but with shorter or longer options. Repeat 2 or 3 times. And as always, light refreshments provided, and a recovery lunch afterwards.
